Room Reservation

Greetings, thank you for joining us! Our Innkeepers are on site to assist you with any needs during your stay. Each morning guests will receive a complimentary coffee service and light continental breakfast. Check in is available 3:00pm. Check out time 11:00 am. Please notify the Innkeepers directly with any alternative arrangements needed and we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, if Guests and all other persons are unable to vacate the lodging by check out time, Guest may be responsible for the charge of an additional day’s lodging.

Upon booking, your reservation will be confirmed in a timely manner via e-mail. All reservations are final and guests are responsible for entire noted reservation and fees without option for refund unless booking is cancelled within 5 days of the reservation.

The Inn is strictly a non-smoking facility. We do not allow pets on site. For the courtesy of our guests our Quiet Time hours begin at 10 pm.

Credit card provided for reservation will be charged a deposit for all lodging plus applicable VT room tax and 18% service charge, the balance will be charged prior to arrival. Any additional amenity charges incurred during your visit may be charged to Credit card on file.

Please Note: Guest shall be responsible for the cost of any damage to any property, real or personal, as a result of the conduct of Guest, their agents and invitees, and for the cost to replace any missing Inn property. There is a $50 room key fine for all lost keys. There is a $500 cleaning service fee for smoking or pets within the facility. All such charges shall be charged to the credit card on file.

By completing the following reservation inquiry - the guest acknowledges that they may be charged on guests’ credit card for any such damaged or missing property or fines as explained above.
