Rooms 7 & 8
Head up the original staircase of this restored farmhouse and you will find three charming rooms. Room 7 and 8 boast queen size beds; Perfect for friends and families alike, the restoration of this part of the farmhouse kept true to its original Bed and Breakfast architecture. These two rooms share a large bathroom, with a classically restored claw foot tub and shower, as well as a private upstairs alcove just for relaxing. Both rooms are full of warmth and personality, perched on the second floor holding intimate views down the valley.

The Hodgkins Room
Head up the original staircase of this restored farmhouse and turn to your left where you will find room 9; a lofty queen size bedroom; Perfect for friends and families alike, the restoration of this part of the farmhouse kept true to its original Bed and Breakfast architecture. This room separated by an additional doorway has its own large bathroom & shower, as well as a private upstairs alcove just for relaxing. Quietly tucked away on the second floor this room is close to the action yet very private.

The Sprout
Head to the south end of the farmhouse through the main sitting room and up the grand staircase; your room is located directly at the top. Spacious and light, complete with half –bath just take two steps & your extended shower is just across the hall. High beam ceilings and hard wood floors make this lofted bedroom a popular one; Queen bed.

The Blossom
Intimate yet spacious, you will feel right at home in your own private room. Loads of light, rough hewn ceilings and high thread count sheets allow you to sink into vacation. Two windows open up to the onsite waterfall below which will calm your senses and take you miles away from the city life. True to the bed and breakfast feel of the original farmhouse, this junior suite shares a deluxe bathroom/shower just across the hall. Double/full size bed.

The Sparhawk
A deluxe junior suite located on the second floor; enjoy additional windows and added light every morning-fantastic sunset as the day dips behind Killington. Tucked away in the back end of the lodge, this is one of the coziest and most serine rooms in the building. Sink into your lofty queen size bed and enjoy the fantastic shower in your own room-the buzz of the city will feel light years away.

The Old Thomas House
A deluxe junior suite, this spacious room has some of the highest ceilings on the property. Queen size bed and two twin bunks make this a fun room for friends, families or just the kids! Connected by a locking door, this room has the option to expand or remain independent from room 14; full bath.

The Blacksmith & Wagon Room
The most unique of all our rooms and just a bit more spacious than the deluxe junior suite, this room is full of character. Climbing up your personal stair case, you will enter this room from the middle. Wrapped with a handcrafted railing and hand made Iron Gate here you will find peaked ceilings and room for a crowd. Large full bathroom, full size bed and two twin beds, this room sleeps 3-4. Keep a second door which attaches to room 13 open to create a space larger than the grand suites, or keep the door closed for privacy-your choice.
