Liz & Will’s (late) autumn wedding at Amee Farm was absolutely lovely. Enjoying the warm fires, great company, chill in the air and peace that settles in the valley just before the snow flies. Photographers Rick and Paula from Cronin Hill captured the relaxed and intimate feel of the weekend. For Liz and Will, a couple that spends most of their free time in Vermont, they were right at home. It was a beautiful event:)

The Amee Farm is enjoying an amazingly colorful fall after a big harvest in August & September. Despite Hurriucane Irene’s force, the Amee Farm Lodge sustained no damage and was able to provide much needed, fresh vegetables, meats and eggs to the town residents of Pittsfield during the difficult weeks following the storm. A new csa has been formed in our community and is thriving thanks to the local support. And our lodge has enjoyed wedding guests and hiking vacationers all summer and fall. We are very grateful that Pittsfield has quickly rebuilt itself and proud to be part of this special town. Look forward to our October brides and grooms and their families!
