Most definitely the most fitting title for an awesome wedding on the rocks. We had the opportunity to document Crystal and Heath’s engagement session back in March last year in New Braunfels, Texas, what an awesome time we had. The couple set it off in Jamaica Texas style at the Hotel Riu Palace Tropical Bay in Negril where they commit their promises to each other before family and close friends on the beach. We were able to capture some awesome images of the couple and their family along with the bridal party just before taking off for the reception on the cliffs at the Negril Escape Resort & Spa. Beautiful sunset and a magnificent evening. The Party was certainly rocking as the couple and their friends and family danced the night away.

I had to feature this image of the groomsmen launching for the garter on it’s own. First of all I’m intrigued by the fact that the men even tried to catch the garter but I’m more inspired by the reach and intensity of this moment.

The Wedding.

We start of the year with one of our wonderful wedding of last season. Fiona and Marc exchanged vows at the Iberostar Rose hall Beach Hotel in Montego bay Jamaica. We were able to capture some awesome images of this beautiful couple a few days before their nuptial at one of our favorite locations in Mobay, the Rose Hall Ruins. We had an amazing time hanging out with Amy and Orlando. They invited us to come to their wedding rehearsal dinner for a few shots and to meet their family and friends, thanks to them I’m a S’mores addict. S’mores, a tasty treat made with graham crackers, melted marshmallows and chocolate. To make it even tastier its heated over their bonfire on the beach in Jamaica . The wedding day was spectacular and we captured some really great moments between these two lovebirds on the brilliant colored walls of the Iberostar Hotel grounds and the magnificent backdrop of the setting sun caressing the horizons of the Caribbean sea.

Congratulations to Crystal and Ryan who tied the knot at the Tensing Pen Hotel on the exotic cliffs overlooking the beautiful Caribbean sea. We had an awesome session with the couple the day before the wedding, showcasing some great locations on the hotel grounds.

The winter season has kicked off with two awesome and most beautiful couples this past weekend. Fiona & Marc, two fabulous couple from the northern most part of Canada, BRRR!! tied the knot last weekend at the Iberostar Beach Hotel in Montego bay, Jamaica. Here is a little sneak peak.

Cheryl and Thorneil tied the knot at the beautiful Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall in Montego Bay. It was a beautiful day with the gorgeous couple and a most fun experience. It’s always a pleasure shooting at Iberostar, the resort is so colorful and picturesque. We captured some wonderful memories of this couple, even the honeymoon shoot was fabulous. Beautiful dress, Rockstar shoes and a Fabulous style is what this Diva from New York brought to her wedding day at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa. The gorgeous Kari and her handsome Knight Christopher exchanged vows to each other against the rustic ruins of the Rose Hall aqueduct under the beautiful tropical skies. The calm of the sea and the white puffy clouds shading the sun created a cool relaxing ambience for this memorable occasion. The sunset was amazing and so was this awesome pair. Kari and Christopher started off their wedding weekend with an All White Party for their friends and family and ended with a high energy, fun filled reception party on the wedding night. we certainly do hope you enjoy this wedding as much as we did.

We are so excited to announce that MTV Tr3s has asked us to look for couples that come from different countries or have different cultural backgrounds and are getting married (hopefully Jamaica). The idea of the series is to take an inside look at cross-cultural weddings. A very special event in the life of a couple: a day where not only two people join in matrimony but also a day when two families unite.

Here is what they are looking for:
This show is not about Bridezilla’s. They do not want to portray the couples in a bad light or as over the top out of control brides and grooms. What they are looking for are couples with diverse backgrounds (at least one should be Latino) who are entering into a mixed marriage from now until summer 2012. If you are chosen to appear in the series, the shooting of the show takes place over 6 to 7 days leading up to the wedding day and the wedding day itself. They work with a small crew and are respectful about the couple they cast. Couples who appear on the show are given monetary compensation for their time. The beautiful Alison and her prince charming McPherson (Mac) invited family and friends to join them as they exchanged vows to each other on the fabulous grounds at the Coyaba Beach Resort in Montego Bay Jamaica. What an amazing couple they were to work with. We had an absolutely marvelous time documenting the celebration of their love for each other and the undeniable chemistry between them and friends. The party took place on the east lawn under the beautifully decorated tent covered twilit skies. Thanks to Joanne Robertson (owner at Coyaba and best friend to the MOB Dennie Taylor) and her hardworking team for helping to bring it all together.
